To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches daily. Your order is typically roasted within 24-48 hours of being placed and shipped immediately after.
How should I store my coffee beans?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the flavor profile.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, with free shipping on orders over $50. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee?
Yes, we offer various grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, and French Press. However, for the best flavor experience, we recommend purchasing whole beans and grinding them just before brewing.
What is your return policy?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an error with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
