Our Roastmaster recommends keeping this selection at a lighter roast level to preserve the incredibly sweet, fruity flavor and bright acidity. Roasting this coffee to a darker level will dull the natural sweetness that makes Sidamo such a sought-after varietal.
Ingredients: Organic 100% Arabica coffee.
